I have been practicing Yoga for over 25 years, and have been teaching yoga and meditation for more than 13 years.
This practice has helped me to become healthier both mentally and physically, happier, and filled with the desire to share this incredible practice with others.
I am a mom of three, lovely, grown children, who are becoming positive citizens to make this world a better place.
